Try it: tap items on the left to build an order, tap an item in the order to add a note, then Send. It appears on the right. Done clears it; ◀ Older steps back through finished orders. Two sample orders are already waiting.
This is a browser-only demo with sample data; nothing is saved, and reloading starts over. On the Pi, each screen is its own full-screen display, and these day and event buttons live on the admin page along with item totals.
